RETURN and REPLACED

If you are not satisfied with the amber product, it can be returned or replaced. You should contact info@rawbalticamber.com before returning.

The maximum repayment period is 30 days from the date of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for all return charges, damages and losses while in transit.

Returned amber jewelry must be carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transportation. It is recommended to register the shipment you return.

If you receive a damaged product, please send us photo proof before returning.

Replacement and return expenses are covered by the buyer.

You will have to fill customs declaration form in your post office, and the International Declaration form there must be clearly stated of “return to the sender” with the same value. If you forgot to fulfill this requirement, this parcel would be refused, and the customs officials will be assigned to deliver it back to the sender.
